For this exhibition very different artists have been chosen, but that form a set that is a good sample of the art displayed in Second Life.

There RL works of art and digital art, paintings, photographs, 3D works, videos and machinima. Examples of almost everything than can be seen in virtual art galleries.

Everything is presented in a space created especially for this occasion. A garden in which each artist has his independent space for other artists, but form a coordinated colors together.

The artists presented are: Elros Tuominen, Emilio Charisma, HOLALA Alter, LeMelonRouge, Lib Descent, Martazul Zemlja, MORLITA Quan, Syra Hyun y Xirana Oximoxi

STRIDES CAMPAIGNS IN SECOND LIFE
Each year, more than a million passionate women, men, and children participate in Making Strides Against Breast Cancer, the largest network of breast cancer awareness events in the U.S. The events unite communities by honoring those affected by the disease and raising money to reduce the burden of breast cancer. Dollars raised through “Strides” help the American Cancer Society fund innovative breast cancer research; provide education and guidance to help people reduce their risk; and offer comprehensive patient support to those who need it most so that no one facing breast cancer ever has to walk alone.
Strides Campaigns in Second Life is proud to bring the mission and awareness of breast cancer to the virtual world of Second Life and allows anyone to plan their own campaign, using existing American Cancer Society fundraising tools that are designated to fight breast cancer during the month of October. This is a great way for volunteers and advocates to think BIG! Within Second Life, there can be a multitude of major campaigns overlapping each other throughout the month of October, creating a movement across the grid where we attack breast cancer from every angle.

There are people who smell like birds when they sing,

when you wake up,

flower when you laugh. Beside them,

we feel on the swing of a network that dances tasty on a big afternoon,

no clock and no agenda.

Beside them,

we feel eating popcorn in the square,

smearing your chin with ice cream,

melting your fingers with cotton candy the sweetest color you have to choose from.

Time is different and life looks like it really has,

but we unlearn to see.

There are people who smell like God’s lap,

bathing in the sea when the water is hot and the sky is blue.

Beside them,

We know that angels exist and some are invisible.

Beside them,

we feel coming home and changing the heels for the slipper,

dreaming the biggest foolishness in the world with the joy of those who don’t care about it.

Beside them,

it may be April, but it looks like Christmas morning from the time we woke up and found Santa’s gift.

There are people who smell like the stars God has lit in the sky and those we can light on earth.

Beside them,

we don’t think love is possible,

we are sure.

Beside them,

we feel visiting a place made of joy,

getting a bouquet of cuddles,

hugging a panda bear cub,

Touching the eyes of peace.

Beside them,

We savor the delight of the soft touch that its presence blows in our hearts.

There are people who smell like cafuné without haste,

of the toy we wouldn’t let go,

of the silence that silence sings,

stroll in the garden.

Beside them,

we realize that sensuality is a perfume that comes from within

and the attraction that really moves us is not just through the body,

It runs in other pulsing veins elsewhere.

Beside them,

we remember that the moment we laugh God is with us

next to us and we laughed like a boy.

There are people, like you,

who doesn’t even realize how fragrant his soul is!

And that this perfume is God’s gift.
